SQL Server 2016 Common Files: A valid destination folder for the installation could not be determined.

1. Press Window + R - Type TEMP - Clean all Temp Files. 

2. Check Setup Bootstrap Folder is Created or not in this location

    - C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\130 - (Create Folder here Setup Bootstrap)

    - C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\130 - (Create Folder here Setup Bootstrap)

              Create Folder on Both Locations 

3. Press Window + R - Type Regedit and Follow this location 

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server\130\Bootstrap

If Folder has not been created then need to create this folder (Bootstrap) then Problem is Resolved...
