The service cannot be started: Errors related to feature availability and configuration: SQL Server 2016 Analysis Services evaluation period has expired.

 The service cannot be started: Errors related to feature availability and configuration: SQL Server 2016 Analysis Services evaluation period has expired.

1. Run the Same version of SQL Server Setup and Select Option Maintain - See Below Image.

2. As you run the Edition Upgrade after you need to select Option - Enter a Product key

 - Then you need to Enter your SQL server Key

 - If Note has then click on Next.

 - after that select all features and rules.

 - Click on Ready to upgrade Edition it will take few time then Complete

3. Restart your system and log in to SQL done.

 - if SQL server services have not Running check and run the SQL services and resolved your problem.
