SAP B1 Error - update Security algorithm

Solution: - 

1. In that case, maybe   SBOCOMMON Database properly did not install so you need to remove the database from SQL Server Management Studio and if you have SBOCOMMON Shame version database backup then restore after that restart sap and SQL Server Services otherwise you can restart your system. then you can do login problem has been solved.

2. In that case problem didn't resolve given solution in points (1) then you need to close the firewall and antivirus. then check again,

3. If this didn't work with this solution go on appwiz. Cpl then removes server tool and remove sap server tool files from  C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP this location and run sap setup again shame version after doing this process your problem will have been solved.
